Personalizing a Brand


Carpet One, the largest purveyor of home carpeting in the nation, needed a strong brand that could unite the franchisee community, corporate, and most importantly their customer. They had realized that the customer’s view of the flooring industry had changed from “Buddy the floor guy” to a design-centric approach.

This massive rebranding initiative includes many aspects, from naming and identity development, to product restructuring, product communication, and the retail environment and brand 360 touchpoints.
